Mr. Switzer is a 1994 graduate of Auburn
University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Operations Management. While at Auburn, he was a member
of the Tigers basketball team, receiving the 6th Man Award
in 1992. Mr. Switzer is a 1997 graduate of the University
of Arkansas School of Law.
Prior to joining Evans, Jones & Reynolds, Mr. Switzer
practiced with the Memphis firm of Thomason, Hendrix, Harvey,
Johnson & Mitchell. He joined Evans, Jones & Reynolds
in 2002, becoming a shareholder in January, 2006.
Mr. Switzer practices in State and Federal Courts, and
various arbitration forums. His practice areas include civil
litigation, business litigation, contracts and transactional
work, construction litigation, and professional malpractice
defense. He represents both individuals and businesses.

Mr. Switzer is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American
Bar Associations. He has served on various committees within those
organizations. Most recently, he served as the Vice Chairman of
the Teen Court Committee with the Nashville Bar Young Lawyers
Division.
