The American Arbitration Association, after a multi-day hearing, awarded our client a substantial award arising out of a dispute between a subcontractor and a general contractor on a multi-unit apartment.

The Tournament benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville, Tennessee, whose mission is to provide a"home away from home" for families of critically ill children receiving medical care at Nashville area hospitals.
