Mr. Phillip Jones is a graduate of Trevecca
Nazarene University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts
in History, and the University of Louisville School of Law,
where he served on the Journal of Law & Education. He
is AV - rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and
he is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was with the Clarksville
firm of Daniel, Harvill, Batson & Nolan (founded in
1868). He joined Evans, Jones & Reynolds in 1991 and
became a shareholder in January, 1999.
Mr. Jones’ practice is business law and business-related
litigation before State and Federal Courts, with a focus
on matters such as construction disputes, non-competition
covenants and similar business matters. He represents individuals
and small businesses.
